A wide variety of lumber sizes.
Upper floor boards are 9″ shiplap, main floor boards are 7″, 9″, 12″ wide.
The side boards are 12″, posts are 6 1/4″ x 8″, joists are 8″ x 2″.
The barn is 37′ x 48′.
The landowner will dispose of the unwanted material.
The aluminum siding was applied several years ago.
The buyer must dismantle the barn & remove all useable items.
A notarized agreement is required to absolve the landowner from any liability.
